Making Good Choices

Thinking smarter not harder, I constantly modify my business model as customer and financial conditions change. As I look at my business model and say to myself – “How can I make more profit?” or “Make a bigger impact for my customer without forfeiting the profit line?”. I consider my business goals, cash, and inventory on hand and how any change will impact them. Then I write out the objectives of the change and if it will benefit or harm business flow. I usually run through several models of the plan before making any changes and then after progressing with the change I start again looking for ways to make it better.

You can perform this process on your own business and enjoy a better grasp of your business flow and where your profit margin and customer satisfaction will land before it happens.
